1. Tell me where you’re headed
You’ll start by completing the intake form or emailing your materials. This gives me a clear picture of your experience, goals and what is not working with your current resumé.
No overthinking the intake form. Simple points or even rough thoughts are perfect. I’ll guide the rest.
2. I’ll map it out
Before I write anything, I step back and look at the bigger picture.
I’ll review any existing materials you have and may ask a few follow-up questions to better understand your experience and the roles you’re targeting. This is where strategy comes in: how your experience translates, what stands out and how to position you for the roles you actually want (not just the ones you’ve had).
3. I’ll build your resumé from the ground up
I’ll rebuild your resumé using a structure designed to highlight impact, improve readability and meet modern hiring expectations (including ATS compatibility). Every section is intentionally written to reflect your experience, your voice and your direction.
4. Review, refine, and finalize
You’ll receive your draft and we’ll collaborate on any edits or adjustments until you are fully satisifed with the final product.
The goal is simple: you feel confident handing it to a recruiter or hiring manager without second-guessing it.
Once it’s finalized, you’ll receive your completed documents in both editable and PDF formats.
